Job description
Summary: The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aid the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the current status of the work and projects for CEO
Maintain CEO’s appointment calendar. Arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences. Contact the appropriate people to attend
Attend meetings or conferences as assigned and report on major points and actions resolved or to be taken
Resolve administrative problems by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identified solutions
Handle a variety of matters involving contact with various staff, board members, medical committees, government agencies, and the public
Prepare various documents and handle confidential matters in accordance with clinic rules and procedures
Conduct quantitative research to drive marketing strategies
Maintain good relationships with community partners and patients alike.
Represent the company at various public events
Contribute to content, planning, creation, posting and engagement on Cedar Point Health’s social media accounts
Assist in content creation for e-blasts and build patient enrollment through strategic messaging and tactics
Respond to customer reviews and communicate feedback and any relevant notes/trends to leadership team
Attend weekly leadership meetings and provide administrative support
Attend Board & Owner meetings, order and set up lunch and/or dinner, take board meeting notes and record voted decisions
Maintain company website
Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirements
Requirements:
Strong ethical standards and confidentiality a must
Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
Knowledge of research methods and procedures sufficient to compile data and prepare reports.
Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Skill in time management, prioritization, problem solving, and multitasking.
Skill in writing and communicating effectively.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
Ability to work under pressure, communicate and present information.
Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, organize, and analyze information.
Ability to competently use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and appropriate practice management software.
Must be willing to travel to other company locations.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in depth administrative office experience, which includes working independently. Healthcare administration experience a plus. This is an onsite position.
